Common questions
What is the difference between series and group fares?
Series fares are seats blocked on recurring departures, sold per passenger. Group fares are blocks sold to one group, usually with a deposit, balance payments and a deadline for passenger names. WyseFares supports both, including payment schedules and name deadlines.
Can my agents book without calling us?
Yes. Agents search your published inventory, see live seats and prices, book and pay from their credit limit, and download e-tickets and invoices themselves. You approve credit and manage the rules.
Do you handle UAE VAT?
Tax invoices and credit notes are issued automatically with your TRN and sequential numbering. International travel is zero-rated and domestic travel uses your configured VAT rate.
Can other platforms connect to our inventory?
Yes. The Partner API lets OTAs and other systems search and book your fares with API keys you issue, set limits on and revoke at any time.
Can we import our existing inventory?
Download the Excel template, fill in your fares and upload it. Every row is validated and possible duplicates are flagged before anything is saved.
Will it have our branding?
Yes. Your portal runs on your own sub-domain with your logo and colours, and your logo appears on every e-ticket and invoice.
